Details about the upcoming remake of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, titled Resynced, have surfaced through leaks before Ubisoft’s planned presentation on Thursday. Information including the release date, gameplay elements, and other aspects has emerged prematurely. The latest leak discloses pricing for the game, highlighting a $200 collector’s edition.

Pricing Information for the Remake

The details originate from trusted source billbil-kun, who shared pricing for two editions via a post on X. The remake is expected to offer a standard launch edition and a premium collector’s edition.

According to the source, the launch edition will retail for $59.99 in the US, €59.99 in Europe, and £49.99 in the UK. The collector’s edition is set at $199.99 in the US, €199.99 in Europe, and £174.99 in the UK.

The leaker also indicated a release date of July 9, 2026, aligning with prior reports. An image of the collector’s edition was shared, featuring a themed box with the game’s logo, a statue of main character Edward Kenway, a notebook with game backstory, a pin, and a map.

Ubisoft’s official reveal is slated for April 23 at 4 p.m. UTC (6 p.m. CEST, 9 a.m. PDT, 9:30 p.m. IST) on their YouTube channel. The company has not verified the release date or other specifics but described it as a single-player pirate experience.

The studio confirmed that voice actor Matt Ryan will return as Edward Kenway from the original Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

A previous report suggested a July 9, 2026 launch, noting the game will not adopt RPG mechanics. The remake has undergone a full overhaul with added content and enhancements.
