This form is not anonymous
The form is sent over an encrypted connection, but your IP address and browser details may be recorded. Email works the same way.
Think about the risk
If sharing information could put you, your job or anyone else in danger, consider carefully what you send. Avoid work devices and work networks.
You choose what to share
Your name and contact details are optional. If you leave them out, we cannot follow up with you.
Our commitment to you
We will not publish your name or identify you as a source without your permission. Tips are read by our editors and used only to decide what to report.
What makes a useful tip
Be specific: what happened, when, where and who was involved, and how you know. Tell us if documents exist and how we could check them.
