Nithin Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, stated that the company channels 10% of its earnings into supporting emerging businesses and an additional 10% into community welfare projects through its Rainmatter Foundation. He noted that the foundation prioritizes sustained involvement over seeking immediate financial gains. Overall, Rainmatter has committed more than Rs 1,500 crore to assist over 160 startups.
