Infosys Ltd., a worldwide provider of consulting and information technology services, plans to release its fourth-quarter results for fiscal year 2026 soon. The firm employs more than 330,000 people and operates in 59 nations.
According to a regulatory disclosure on March 15, the company’s board will convene on April 22-23 to review and endorse the audited individual and group financial statements for the period and year ending March 31.
The board may also propose a final dividend for the fiscal year concluding March 31, if applicable.
The Q4 FY26 earnings are expected to be released at approximately 3:45 p.m. IST on Thursday, April 23. Access to the results will be provided on the company’s platform.
