A tourist bus overturned on a national highway in Tamil Nadu’s Viluppuram district on Wednesday after a tyre burst, injuring at least 24 passengers including 10 children, according to PTI. Officials and residents arrived at the scene to help. Separately, a fire broke out early Wednesday in temporary tin-shed housing for labourers near Udyog Bhawan in central Delhi. The blaze, which started from an electrical panel, destroyed around 200 structures before being contained after two hours. No injuries or deaths occurred despite the presence of LPG cylinders. The site is part of the Central Vista redevelopment area.
