Kuaishou’s artificial intelligence video division, Kling AI, has raised more than 19 billion yuan, or 2.8 billion dollars, from investors including Alibaba and Tencent. The round values the unit at 15 billion dollars pre-money, underscoring investor interest in China’s growing AI field. Kling AI revenue rose four times year-over-year during the March quarter, indicating solid expansion.
