England is looking for a new Test coach after Brendon McCullum was dismissed. Reports suggest Andy Flower is the top candidate to take over. The former Zimbabwe captain previously coached England and now works as a T20 coach in the franchise league, notably with Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Sources indicate Flower would accept the role only if allowed to keep his IPL commitments. He led England from 2009 to 2014, winning the T20 World Cup in 2010 and the Ashes in Australia in 2012. His time ended after a 2014 series defeat. Former captain Nasser Hussain said Flower is the best choice by far, noting he guided England to the world number one ranking.
