Michelin-star chef Vikas Khanna recently visited India for a brief break from New York and stayed at his family residence in Amritsar, Punjab. In a video shared with Curly Tales, he cooked and served a meal prepared at home, recalled his early years in the house, tried local street food, and went to a Gurudwara linked to his family that aids autistic children. The Amritsar house shows the character of a classic Indian family dwelling. It favors color, memories, and items gathered over time rather than modern minimal design. Khanna noted that his mother, brother, and sister-in-law now reside there.
