During the monsoon session of Parliament beginning Monday, the Congress intends to raise matters such as the theft of Ram Temple donations, ethanol-blended fuels, and question paper leaks, stated party communication in-charge Jairam Ramesh. The party also aims to rally opposition members against any delimitation bill the government might bring forward.
