RSS leader Mohan Bhagwat stated that the current young generation is neither misled nor aimless and urged meaningful dialogue instead of instructions to connect with them. His comments arrive as Delhi witnesses large student demonstrations over examination paper leaks.

At the Vishwa Mangalya Sabha, Bhagwat noted the growing divide between age groups and said youth need proper direction. He observed that his own youth involved following orders, unlike today.

The RSS chief explained that younger people now prefer questioning, so parents and seniors must respond with explanations, care, time, and open talks. He added that earning youth trust needs conversation rather than commands.

Bhagwat stressed giving the new generation a feeling of inclusion through discussion and agreement, not orders. Although he avoided direct mention of the Jantar Mantar protests, the timing was notable. He has remained silent on the CJP demonstrations that spread to other states and followed clashes near Parliament.

Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal questioned this silence. The main protest demand is the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the NEET-UG leak case. The government has rejected this while taking measures against future leaks, including a bill announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The CJP movement has maintained its stance after two meetings with officials. Senior RSS figure Indresh Kumar claimed internal and external forces oppose India’s progress. Attention now turns to further talks, with the government seeking time to reply.
