Retail investors increased holdings in declining large-cap stocks by purchasing shares worth nearly Rs 18,000 crore across six major companies in the June quarter. Technology stocks led this trend, with Infosys, TCS, Wipro and HCL Tech drawing Rs 12,230 crore. Infosys recorded the largest retail purchases at Rs 3,864 crore, followed by Reliance Industries at Rs 3,764 crore.
