India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri conducted a fruitful discussion with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who plans to travel to India in the coming month.
Misri, currently on a three-day trip to Washington, convened with Rubio at the White House. The officials examined various aspects of the partnership between the two nations, with emphasis on commerce, essential resources, military cooperation, and the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue.
US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor, who attended the session, shared on X: ‘Welcome to the White House @VikramMisri! Productive meeting with @SecRubio that focused on our bilateral relationship, especially trade, critical minerals, defence and the Quad.’
