On Friday, former Tamil Nadu BJP leader K. Annamalai said his planned political initiative would emphasize politics for ordinary citizens instead of personality-focused or cult-style approaches. He stressed the importance of moving beyond politics centered on one person and advocated for inclusive common-man politics. The former IPS officer also signaled his intent to contest the next general elections on his own. Annamalai added that the movement aims to unite people from all backgrounds with no room for exclusion.
