Bharatiya Janata Party state president P.V.N. Madhav urged young people to join politics with a focus on nation building and the goal of a developed India. Speaking at a Yuva Morcha meeting on Sunday, he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi aims to make India a developed nation by 2047 and that this requires active involvement from the youth. He described politics as a means of public service rather than a pursuit of power and encouraged young people, especially women, to take part in public life with clear purpose. Mr. Madhav also asked youth to speak out on public matters and respond to what he called misleading claims by opposition parties. He noted that the central government is prioritising Andhra Pradesh development, with Polavaram receiving full central funding as the only such national project. He called for greater awareness of central support for Amaravati and highlighted new investments creating industrial opportunities in the state. Yuva Morcha activists were asked to spread information on the prime minister’s vision and welfare schemes. State in-charge Ashok Raju and other party leaders attended the event.
