Louis Vuitton has been appointed the Official Supplier and Branded Licensee for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The luxury brand will carry and display the tournament trophy in a specially made trunk at the final in New York-New Jersey. The trunk will be used in the official ceremonies, continuing a practice begun in 2010. A Louis Vuitton ambassador and a FIFA Legend will bring the trophy onto the field before the match. The trunk is made from the brand’s monogram canvas with hand-painted golden panels, gold-plated fittings, leather details and signature locks. Its interior features light beige leather and a partnership logo. FIFA’s chief business officer noted the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship suit the event. Louis Vuitton’s chairman highlighted the shared focus on excellence and the unifying power of sport.
