A competition is offering two free tickets to see Surinderella at the Palace Theatre in Manchester. The production presents a Bollywood-inspired version of a classic fairytale. DESIblitz, working with Rifco Theatre, will award one winner the opportunity to attend an evening of comedy, romance and performance. The central character faces daily tasks from her social media-focused stepsisters while receiving support from an unusual ally. A royal figure encounters her during his search for a suitable partner, leading to a connection aided by a magical figure. The production runs in Manchester on September 4 and 5, 2026, with performances at 7:30 pm on Friday and at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm on Saturday. Entry requires answering a question about the show’s inspiration, with the deadline set for 5 pm on September 1, 2026.
