IT firm HCL Technologies announced a 4.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ending March, reaching Rs 4,488 crore compared to Rs 4,307 crore in the same period last year. This profit figure is assigned to the company’s owners.

Operational revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 totaled Rs 33,981 crore, marking a 12% rise from Rs 30,246 crore in the prior year’s corresponding quarter.

The board approved an interim dividend of Rs 24 per share for fiscal year 2026-27, with the record date set for April 25, 2026, and payment scheduled for May 5, 2026, according to the exchange filing.

For fiscal year 2027, the company projects revenue growth of 1% to 4% year-on-year in constant currency terms, with services revenue expected to grow 1.5% to 4.5% year-on-year in constant currency. The EBIT margin is anticipated to range from 17.5% to 18.5%.

Quarter-on-quarter, revenue edged up 0.3% from Rs 33,872 crore in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. In constant currency, revenue declined 3.3% sequentially but increased 2.4% year-on-year. Revenue in US dollars was $3,682 million, down 2.9% sequentially and up 5.3% year-on-year.

Services revenue in constant currency fell 0.1% quarter-on-quarter but rose 4.2% year-on-year. Advanced AI revenue reached $155 million, up 6.1% sequentially in constant currency.

HCLSoftware revenue in constant currency dropped 14.1% year-on-year, while its annual recurring revenue stood at $1.05 billion, down 0.5% year-on-year in constant currency.
