Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nitin Nabin stated on Saturday in Lucknow that the party would secure a clear majority in the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. He urged party leaders to engage with all sections of society during his two-day visit. Nabin expressed appreciation for the welcome received in the region associated with Lord Ram. The visit aims to bolster preparations ahead of the polls. He predicted that a double-engine government would return for a third term with a large majority, citing development achieved under the leadership of Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath. Nabin stressed the need to communicate government schemes directly to voters across villages and households while avoiding opposition narratives. He also led a meeting with party MPs and MLAs, noting strong public backing for the NDA administration. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP national general secretary B.L. Santhosh, state BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary, and deputy chief ministers Brajesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya attended the event.
