The Brahmapur-Udhna Amrit Bharat Express will now operate daily rather than three times weekly. Indian Railways has made this change to strengthen connections between Odisha and Gujarat. The service passes through Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will launch the daily runs on Monday. The train targets affordable travel for lower and lower-middle income passengers. South Coast Railway stated the upgrade will support economic and industrial links between mineral-rich areas and trade centers, aiding business, workforce travel and regional growth.
