Stand-up comedian Pranit More appeared emotional during his first live show after facing intense online criticism in June 2026 over the ₹370 biryani incident. A clip from the performance has circulated widely, capturing him holding back tears while speaking to the crowd about the experience.
The footage reportedly comes from a June 14, 2026, event in Georgia. In it, More voiced uncertainty about returning to the stage and how the audience might react. He told attendees he wondered whether they would accept him but felt grateful for their support despite the online criticism.
More also explained his reasons for entering comedy, stating it was not for fame or money but to find and share joy. He noted that when that goal is disrupted, it causes some pain.
He recounted advice from his mother, who urged him to apologize for any error and let his actions demonstrate sincerity, reminding him that everyone makes mistakes.
At the close of the segment, More thanked the crowd for offering him another opportunity and said he would remember the show and their backing.
