District officials are set to review claims and objections regarding the draft voter list released on July 31. The process began with 14,05,443 registered voters in the area. Of these, 12,25,937, or 87.23 percent, were confirmed as valid. The remaining entries fell into categories including absent individuals, those who had permanently relocated, deceased persons, duplicate records, and people uninterested in enrollment. Officials will examine all objections, send notices, and conduct inquiries upon receipt. Forms 6, 6A, 7, and 8 will be accepted and checked according to regulations. Among the verified voters, 74,073 showed logical data inconsistencies and 6,067 had pending mapping issues, leading to notices for these 80,140 individuals. So far, 5,182 claims arrived for the Nandyal constituency, 3,051 for Banaganapalle, and 3,105 for Dhone, with totals expected to grow. The final electoral roll is scheduled for October 3, so all notices, claims, objections, and discrepancy resolutions must finish by September 10. Each notice must include a specific date and time for the inquiry, with hearings set at least seven days after delivery.
