Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay toured a glass manufacturing plant operated by Saint-Gobain in Sriperumbudur on Monday, August 3, 2026. He was set to observe the production process during a guided visit. The trip follows his review of Metro Rail station construction in Chennai the previous week and an earlier stop at the MC Raja Hostel to hear student concerns.
