Ola Electric stated in a regulatory filing that it faces ongoing disputes with two component suppliers, following a media report that triggered a 5% share decline and prompted the BSE to request clarification. The company confirmed that Anevolve Mando E-Mobility and Sterling E-Mobility Solutions have approached the National Company Law Tribunal regarding unpaid amounts, stemming from earlier quality concerns raised by Ola Electric. It described the matter as a pre-existing commercial disagreement rather than evidence of new financial pressure. Ola Electric noted it had flagged warranty and performance problems with the parts, leading it to seek interim relief through arbitration proceedings in Bengaluru. In response, the suppliers filed insolvency petitions, resulting in the recent report and share movement. The company said it is contesting those petitions and taking necessary legal actions. It added that the report does not materially affect its operations or finances. A similar insolvency case was filed last year by another supplier against an Ola Electric subsidiary. Earlier this month, the firm reported selling 43,719 vehicles in the first quarter of FY27, up from 22,252 in the prior quarter, with June registrations reaching 16,144.
