Indian equities have stayed volatile in recent months. Although the Nifty 50 remains nearly 10% below its 52-week high, the broader market has shown resilience as the Nifty Midcap 150 reached a new 52-week high on May 27. The advance has not been uniform. Several midcap stocks still trade well below their peak levels. Twelve such midcap stocks remain 40 to 50% lower than their respective 52-week highs, underscoring divergence across the market. (Data Source: ACE Equity)
