Aryna Sabalenka, the sole remaining grand slam champion in the women’s and men’s fields, meets surprise quarterfinalist Diana Shnaider. Sabalenka produced a strong performance on clay by defeating Naomi Osaka in the prior round, leading Shnaider to view the contest mainly as preparation. Attention also turns to Felix Auger-Aliassime, now the top seed remaining in his half after Jannik Sinner’s exit, as he plays Flavio Cobolli.
