Sunrisers have beaten Rajasthan twice in the league stage this year and have won the last five encounters between the teams. Their April 13 meeting in Hyderabad ended with a 57-run SRH victory, as Praful Hinge and Sakib Hussain each took four wickets on their IPL debuts. SRH have been one of the league’s most attacking batting sides this season. Rajasthan qualified after defeating Mumbai at the Wankhede, where Jofra Archer claimed three wickets and scored 32 runs. Both teams have used Indian internationals as Impact Subs recently, with SRH selecting Harshal Patel and RR choosing Ravindra Jadeja. For SRH, Travis Head has scored 393 runs at a strike rate of 168.66 while chasing as an Impact Sub. Harsh Dubey has eight wickets in eight matches. Rajasthan may again turn to Ravindra Jadeja, who has 209 runs and eight wickets since rejoining the side. Ravi Bishnoi has 11 wickets in nine games. The match will be played in New Chandigarh with no home advantage for either team. SRH are expected to win and advance to Qualifier 2 based on recent form and head-to-head results.
