Instagram is experimenting with improvements to its ‘Your Algorithm’ feature, giving users more options to adjust the content they encounter on the platform. The changes involve new prompts and controls designed to simplify access to recommendation preferences.
Instagram head Adam Mosseri outlined the plans in a recent post, noting the aim to make ‘Your Algorithm’ a more central part of the app experience. Some updates are currently being tested while others are scheduled for later rollout. Mosseri added that not all trials will necessarily become permanent features.
