India and Australia strengthened their strategic partnership on Thursday by signing 18 significant agreements covering civil nuclear energy, defence, maritime security, critical minerals, cyber cooperation and trade. The leaders committed to closer collaboration aimed at supporting a free, peaceful and rules-based Indo-Pacific region amid rising security concerns.
