Authorities in Indore have suspended five police officers accused of entering a businessman’s residence unlawfully and taking gold and silver items valued at approximately Rs 36 lakh. The event occurred on April 1 during an inquiry into a cheque dishonor complaint against the homeowner, Gaurav Jain. Jain claims the officers forced entry, acted inappropriately toward his family, and departed with the valuables. The suspended personnel, as stated by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Amrendra Singh, are Sanjay Bishnoi, Praveen Bhadoria, Dinesh Jat, Ravindra Kushwaha, and a head constable.
