Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah officially opened a new bridge over the Bhadra backwaters in N.R. Pura taluk on April 13. The structure, measuring approximately 504 meters, links Handuru village to the taluk headquarters. The event took place in Hiluvalli village near N.R. Pura, with Energy Minister K.J. George, Sringeri MLA T.D. Raje Gowda, other elected representatives, and officials in attendance.
