He further alleged that the ruling party had abandoned its pledges of change, moving faster than the previous DMK government to restrict public voices. The BJP leader demanded the YouTuber’s release and warned against using police to limit free expression. Authorities have not disclosed specific charges, and the incident has intensified political tensions between opposition parties and the government.
